During his 30-year career in commercial real estate, Rich has personally leased and/or represented over 20 million square feet of buildings and tenants with a value of over $1 billion dollars. He has managed every aspect of commercial real estate including project leasing, brokerage, corporate services, acquisition, development/redevelopment, construction management, financial/investment services, research and more.
Significant transactions include Bank One (550,000 RSF), Waste Management Inc. (185,000 RSF), Tetra Technologies (185,000RSF), PIE Mutual Insurance (140,000 RSF), Fifth Third Bank (140,000 RSF), Reliant Energy (108,000 RSF), Roetzel & Andress (100,000 RSF), Metro Hospital Systems (100,000 RSF), and AT&T (65,000 RSF).
Rich has held positions as Sr. Vice President for Senterra Real Estate Group LLC, Vice President of Marketing and Leasing for McCord Development in Houston’s Central Business District, Managing Director of Corporate Services in the Mid West United States for CB Richard Ellis, Regional Vice President for LaSalle Galbreath, Regional Director of Leasing and Marketing for Commercial Real Estate Associates (CREA), and Director of Leasing and Marketing for Century Development Corporation.

Rich holds a degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, focusing on real estate development and architecture.
Rich is active in local charitable organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Ronald McDonald House, Cystic Fibrosis, KIPP and the Antidefemation League. In his spare time he spends time with his family of 6 and enjoys snow and water skiing and playing golf.
