Executives at Endres Group served as General Partner in the redevelopment and expansion of a Class C, 26,000 sq. ft. retail center in Spring Texas into a 32,000  sq. ft. Class A retail center. We increased rents over 100% thru an aggressive lease-up and re-tenanting program. Currently the center is 100% leased.
