Edge Development Partners is involved in a wide range of real estate developments and investment opportunities. Our projects range in size from as small as 10,000 square feet to multi acre mixed-use developments with multiple buildings. Our projects include new development, redevelopment of existing properties, class-A office space, investment grade retail projects, industrial and high tech business parks, and mixed-use urban and suburban development.

 

Our most recent projects are focused on tilt-up construction for industrial business parks, as well as mixed use land developments.
